We backpacked the entire length of the AT – all 2172.6 miles through 14 states in 188 days AND used our Steri-PEN the entire way. We loved it! It only took 5 sets of lithium batteries for the entire trip. Another hiker also used the SteriPEN he only used 3 sets of batteries (only doing water for one person). Thanks for the GREAT tool – it is the best!”
