I am writing to thank you for developing the SteriPEN. My husband and I just got back from a trip to China. We used the SteriPEN to sterilize our drinking water every day, and did not have any difficulties normally associated with drinking unsterilized water. I am a Professor of Chinese language and literature at San Diego State University who was born in China and who has visited there many times. I am well aware of the problems travelers can have in China if they do not have sterilized drinking water. On this trip, however, with SteriPEN in hand, my husband and I cruised from Shanghai on the Yangtze River all the way to ChongQing. On the way, we ascended the scenic “Yellow Mountain” (Huangshan), and passed the breath-taking “Three Gorges.” Thankfully, we did not waste a minute of our trip because of water-borne sickness. I am very grateful that you have developed a product that is so lightweight, convenient, and simple to use. I will continue to use SteriPEN whenever I travel, and will recommend it to all of my colleagues and friends.
